Our Story

A Corner of Timber Lake You Can Taste

Bungalow 7 started with a simple conviction: a small town deserves bread that rises slowly and groceries that arrive with intention. What began as weekend baking at a kitchen table grew into a daily ritual — the kind of place where the scent of sourdough greets you before you even turn the doorknob.

Today we're your neighborhood bakery and pantry. We bake from scratch each morning, source local dairy and produce when we can, and stock the everyday essentials you actually want to buy — not just the ones that ship cheapest. Whether you need a loaf for dinner or a carton of eggs for the week, we're here.

What We Offer

From the Oven and the Shelf

Everything we put out is chosen or made with the same standard — would we want this in our own kitchen?

Crusty sourdough bread loaf on a cutting board

Artisan Bread

Sourdough, country loaves, and seasonal varieties — all mixed, fermented, and baked on-site every morning. No preservatives, no shortcuts.

Assorted pastries including croissants and danishes in a glass case

Pastries & Baked Goods

Butter croissants, cinnamon rolls, tarts, and cookies — rotating with the season. Fresh out of the oven before noon; they rarely last that long.

Well-stocked grocery shelves with pantry staples and local products

Pantry & Groceries

Olive oil, coffee, pasta, spices, canned goods, and the everyday staples — curated so you can grab what you need without wading through aisles.

Dairy & Refrigerated

Milk, butter, cheese, and eggs — prioritizing local and regional suppliers whenever they're available. Freshness you can check the date on.

Coffee beans and brewing equipment on a wooden counter

Coffee & Beverages

Whole-bean coffee from small roasters, teas, juices, and cold drinks. Grab a cup to go or settle in — we keep the pot going.

Colorful fresh vegetables arranged at a market stand

Seasonal Produce

When local farms have it, we carry it. Fruits, vegetables, and herbs that move fast because they actually taste like something.

Why Bungalow 7

The Difference Is in the Details

Baked From Scratch Daily

We mix, fold, and bake every morning. That means the bread you buy at 4 p.m. was still rising at 6 a.m. Nothing is reheated or pre-made.

Consistently Reliable

Open six days a week, same hours, same standard. You can count on us being here with what you need — no surprises, no empty shelves.

Community First

We're not a chain. We know our neighbors, we support local farms, and we'd rather turn down a supplier than stock something we don't stand behind.

Thoughtfully Curated

Every item on our shelves earns its place. If it doesn't meet our bar — taste, quality, value — it doesn't make it into Bungalow 7.
